How much notice do you need for an event?
We politely ask for no less than 24 hours to ensure a successful event.

Can I cancel or modify an order after it’s been confirmed?
Yes, orders may be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before your scheduled make time.

What else is included with a catering order?
- Traditional Catering Spreads and BIBIPACKs will come with small bowls, serving utensils, napkins, and flatware.
- Chef Curated & Classic Bowls will come in original bowls, napkins, and flatware.
- A La Carte items will come with serving utensils.
- One-gallon drinks will come with 12 cups.
